摘　　要：在萨摩亚第16届太平洋运动会综合体育馆设计过程中,设计团队通过全过程的策划设计流程,从地域设计、绿色设计及整体设计三方面,探讨援外建筑在当地特殊的气候、文化、需求背景下的设计营造策略。During the design of Multifunctional Stadium for the 16th Pacific Games in Samoa,the design team discussed the design and construction strategies of China-aided buildings in the context of local climate,culture and needs,from three aspects of regional design,green design and overall design,through the whole process of planning and design.
