摘  要:“岗课赛证”融合育人模式是当前一种新型的人才培养模式,关注产业岗位、行业标准、技能大赛、职业证书,注重产教对接,有效地推动了产业链、教育链、创新链的有机融合。文章通过对“岗课赛证”融合育人的价值探索、当前主流实践模式的总结以及“岗课赛证”融合育人模式现状问题的分析、总结,提出了完善保障机制、重构课程体系、创新育人方式和建立多维评价体系相结合的育人实施方案。The“post-course-competition-certificate”integration education mode is a new talent training mode at present.It focuses on industrial posts,industrial standards,skills competitions and vocational certificates,pays attention to the docking of industry and education,and effectively promote the organic integration of the industrial chain,education chain and innovation chain.Through the exploration of the value of“post-course-competition-certificate”integration education,the summary of the current mainstream practice model,and the analysis and summary of the current problems of“post-course-competition-certificate”integration education model,the article puts forward an education implementation plan that combines the improvement of the security mechanism,the reconstruction of the curriculum system,the innovation of education methods,and the establishment of a multi-dimensional evaluation system.
