摘　　要：宫颈癌是常见的妇科肿瘤,发病率居我国女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤之首。放疗是宫颈癌治疗中重要的手段,近80%的患者需要接受放疗,包括术后辅助放疗、根治性放疗以及姑息性放疗。在取得显著疗效的同时,放疗引发的并发症也不容忽视,如放射性肠炎、放射性膀胱炎、放射性阴道炎等,这些并发症不仅影响后续治疗的进行,也降低了患者的生活质量,本文就宫颈癌放疗对阴道的损伤及其处理方法作一综述。As a common gynecological tumor,cervical cancer is the most common malignancy of the female genital tract in China.Radiotherapy,including postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy,radical radiotherapy and palliative radiotherapy,is an important treatment for cervical cancer,and is performed to nearly 80% patients.While remarkable curative effects are achieved,special attentions should be paid to the complications caused by radiotherapy,such as radioactive enteritis,radioactive cystitis,radioactive vaginitis,etc.These complications not only affect the subsequent treatments,but also lower the life quality of the patients.Here is a review of the vaginal injury caused by radiotherapy and the related treatments.
