摘  要:随着人们对厨房烹饪油烟危害的深入了解,仅对吸油烟机产品技术进行升级已不能完全满足健康家居烹饪环境的需求。提出一种应用空气流体力学的燃气灶气帘控烟导流技术,在燃气灶周边设计具有一定内倾角度、全方位的气帘,并通过设计验证试验,验证了在不同类型吸油烟机产品工作时,燃气灶气帘控烟导流技术都能有效降低油烟弥散率等性能指标,可以很好地改善厨房烹饪环境。With people’s in-depth understanding of the harm of cooking fume in the kitchen,only upgrading the product technology of range hood can not fully meet the needs of healthy home cooking environment.The smoke control and flow diversion technology of gas stove gas curtain proposed in this paper applies air hydrodynamics,and the air curtain is designed around the gas stove with a certain Angle of incline and all directions.And through the design verification test,verify that in different types of range hood products work,the gas cooker gas curtain smoke control and diversion technology can effectively reduce the dispersion rate of oil smoke and other performance indicators,can well improve the kitchen cooking environment.
