摘　　要：为提高任职学员岗位胜任力,增强任职学员学习的主动性,使其获得适应军事岗位需要的专业知识和技能,引入嵌入式教学模式,阐述其基本内涵和特征,归纳总结理论学习嵌入、基地组训嵌入、综合演练嵌入等主要嵌入式教学类型,从建立运行机制、强化高效运用、构建长效评价机制等3个方面提出开展嵌入式教学应把握的问题。In order to improve the post competency of the trainees,enhance their learning initiative,and enable them to acquire the professional knowledge and skills,the embedded teaching mode is introduced in this paper.Firstly,it describes the basic connotation and characteristics of embedded teaching mode.Then,it summarizes the main types of embedded teaching mode,such as theoretical learning embedded method,base organization training embedded method,and comprehensive drill embedded method.Finally,it proposes the problems that should be grasped in developing embedded teaching from following three aspects:establishing operation mechanism,strengthening efficient application,and constructing long-term evaluation mechanism.
