摘　　要：为提高士官教育课程思政的针对性和有效性,构建“1+x+2+1”课程思政体系,从学院士官教育专业课程课程思政建设的背景出发,以课程思政建设的理论依据为指导,明确课程思政建设的主要内容,提出深化科学理论指导、加强专业课程顶层设计、组建思政教学共同体、提升教员专业化水平、改善学员学习体验、建立课程思政激励体制等实施路径。In order to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the ideological and political education for NCO professional course,this paper builds the"1+x+2+1"course system.Firstly,it introduces the background of ideological and political construction of NCO professional course.Then,it defines the main content of the ideological and political construction under the guidance of the theoretical basis of ideological and political construction.Finally,it puts forward some implementation paths such as deepening the guidance of scientific theory,strengthening the top-level design of professional courses,establishing the ideological and political teaching community,improving the professional level of teachers,improving the learning experience of students,and establishing the ideological and political incentive system of the course.
