提升轻武器射击教学训练实效的思考

摘　　要：为提高轻武器射击教学训练质量,阐述了轻武器射击在提升军事素养、锻造血性胆气和增强作战能力3个方面的重要意义,指出其在教学内容、组训方法、教员队伍、保障条件4个方面存在的问题,从增加对接实战训练内容、活化射击教学训练方法、提升任课教员(教练员)队伍能力、完善轻武器射击保障条件4个方面提出对策建议,以期为指导部队训练提供借鉴。In order to improve the teaching quality of light weapons shooting,this paper firstly expounds the important significance of light weapon shooting in three aspects of improving military literacy,forging blood courage and enhancing combat ability.Then,it defines the problems existing in four aspects of teaching content,training method,teaching staff,and support conditions.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from following four aspects:increasing combat-oriented training contents,activating the method of shooting teaching and training,improving the ability of the teaching staff,and improving the shooting support conditions of light weapons,which can provide reference for guiding the army training.
