摘　　要：为加快推进"三位一体"新型军事人才培养体系建设,提升研究生的能力素质,在分析军事硕士双导师培养的现实意义、现状以及存在问题的基础上,就建立双导师聘用任免标准、推进双导师联合育才机制、完善双导师联合考评监督制度等方面提出相应的对策与建议,可为进一步完善军事硕士双导师培养模式提供参考。In order to speed up the construction of the"three in one"new military personnel training system and improve the ability and quality of graduate students,after analyzing the practical significance,current situation and existing problems of the training of double tutors for military masters,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on establishing the appointment and removal standards of double tutors,promoting the mechanism of double tutors’joint education,and improving the joint evaluation and supervision system of double tutors,which can provide reference for further improving the training mode of military master’s double tutors.
