摘 要:为解决多台大直径泥水盾构在同一竖井拆机风险高、工序复杂、耗时长及储存困难的问题,以京沈铁路客运专线望京隧道4台大盾构在同一接收井拆机转场为例,重点介绍快速拆机的准备工作及流程,并将竖井拆机与盾构储存场地再组装结合。结果表明:1)大直径盾构利用率低,存储时间长,将盾构关键部位简易再组装起来,有利于节约存储场地及维护保养成本;2)多台大直径盾构闹市区小场地、同一竖井陆续拆机存储时,在存储场地将盾构再组装起来,可实现盾构快速拆机转场。It is risky and complicated to tear down multiple large-diameter slurry shields in a shaft,and the process often takes long time and there isnot enough space for shield storage.Wangjing tunnel in the passenger dedicated line of Beijing-Shengyang high-speed railway,where 4 large-diameter shield machines are desmantled in a same receiving shaft,is set as an example to summarize the preparations and process flow for quick dismantling and to introduce the method of combining shield dismantling and storage.The results show that:(1)The method,assembling the key parts of shield simply,helps to save storage space and decrease maintenance cost,as large-diameter shield has low ultilization and long storage time;(2)When multiple large-diameter shields need to be torn down and stored in the same shaft at downtown,it is better to assemble them again in storage area so as to achieve quick dismantling and site-transfer.
