摘  要:为解决大断面马蹄形土压平衡盾构施工面临的姿态难控制、泥饼、掘进困难等难题,以蒙华铁路白城隧道工程为依托,研究大断面马蹄形土压平衡盾构施工关键技术:1)针对盾构始发难题,采取始发基座、洞门密封装置安装、始发参数控制、加强段明洞提供反力等措施,保证盾构顺利、安全始发。2)在盾构掘进时,采取分区控制油缸推力或往纠偏泥浆孔注入泥浆的措施,解决姿态难控制问题;通过在砂质黄土地层添加高分子聚合物,解决渣土改良不到位和出渣不畅问题;通过制定合理有效的掘进参数和精准测量方案,保证盾构安全下穿包茂高速。3)针对盾构刀盘底部开挖盲区问题,采取在刀盘底部增设圆锥形分渣器和增长刀盘辐条的措施,解决刀盘底部盲区导致的掘进困难问题。4)针对盾构到达技术,采取接收基座及接收端墙的正确安设措施,确保盾构安全接收。During the construction of large cross-section horseshoe-shaped EPB shield,many problems such as attitude control difficulty,mud cake and tunneling difficulty,would be encountered.Hence,the key technologies for the construction of large cross-section horseshoe-shaped EPB shield used in Baicheng Tunnel of Menghua Railway are studied.The study mainly focuses on follow aspects:(1)In order to guarantee smooth and safe launching of shield,measures such as launching base,portal sealing device,launching parameters control and counter-force provided by strengthened open-cut tunnel are adopted.(2)The shield attitude is controlled by partition cylinder thrust or slurry injection;the soil conditioning effect is improved by high polymer;and the safe shield crossing underneath Baotou-Maoming Experssway is guarantee by adopting rational tunneling parameters and measuring method.(3)The problem of blind area at the bottom of the cutterhead is solved by adding a cone slag separator and expanding the spokes of the cutterhead at the bottom of cutterhead.(4)The shield is safely recieived by correctly install the receiving based and endwall.
