摘　　要：建设绿色“一带一路”已成为“一带一路”建设的重要共识。但是,在世界经济屡次受到金融危机的冲击之后,“一带一路”基础设施项目绿色融资如何从狭窄的资金面中获取来源?这需要对绿色融资的各方来源进行分析并探讨有效的合作机制。本文基于“一带一路”基础设施项目绿色融资的现实情况,剖析公共资本与私人资本构成的融资来源、独立作用及相互作用关系,并提出合作机制的构想方案,在一定程度上为“一带一路”基础设施项目绿色融资的未来发展提供一定思路借鉴。Building a green Belt and Road has become an important consensus in the construction of the Belt and Road.However,after the world economy has been repeatedly hit by the financial crisis,how can the green financing of the“Belt and Road”infrastructure projects obtain sources from the narrow capital surface?This requires the analysis of various sources of green financing and the exploration of effective cooperation mechanisms.Based on the reality of green financing of“Belt and Road”infrastructure projects,this paper analyzes the financing sources,independent roles and interactions of public capital and private capital,and puts forward the concept of cooperation mechanism,which to a certain extent provides some ideas for the future development of green financing of“Belt and Road”infrastructure projects.
