摘 要:由于天然砂开采会对自然环境产生一定影响,机制砂在基础设施建设中的应用日益广泛。采用机制砂的混凝土的性能得到工程人员的关注,其中石粉含量将对混凝土的收缩徐变性能产生较大影响。针对石粉含量对机制砂混凝土的收缩和徐变性能的影响进行探索,开展了不同石粉含量的机制砂混凝土的收缩和徐变性能试验。试验结果显示:在水胶比一定的情况下,石粉掺量越大,混凝土的干缩率越大,但是徐变度越小;机制砂混凝土的收缩、徐变在加载后28d内增长较大,在90d后趋于稳定。Mining of natural sand would affect the environment,machined sand has been widely used in civil engineering.Performance of machined sand concrete attracts wide attention of engineers.Influence of stone powder content on shrinkage and creep of machined sand concrete is significant and should be studied.In view of the influence of stone powder content on the shrinkage and creep performance of machined sand concrete,the shrinkage and creep performance tests of machined sand concrete with different stone powder content were carried out.The test results show that under the condition of a certain water-binder ratio,with the increasing of stone powder content,the shrinkage rate of concrete would be greater and the concrete creep would be smaller.Moreover,shrinkage and creep of machined sand concrete increase significantly within 28 days after loading,and tended to be stable after 90 days.
