难以“同归”的“殊途”:民国“边疆/民族”研究中的“派性”与“派系”

摘　　要：长期以来,学界对于民国时期的"边疆/民族"研究有一个简单的"二元区分":属于或倾向于中国共产党的民主进步力量,以及属于或依附于国民党反动派的反动势力。这种以政治或党派立场进行的区分,在分析和解读国共两党"边疆/民族"政策的不同取向方面固然有效,但在分析和解读整个民国时期特别是"国统区"的"边疆/民族"研究时,则显得力不从心。实际上,在政治派性、政治派系和学术派性、学术派系的双重影响之下,民国时期的"边疆/民族"研究一直处于"派性"与"派系"的笼罩之下,"政治派""史学派""社科派""地学派"群雄并起,乱象纷呈。"派性"与"派系"虽然给民国"边疆/民族"研究带来了短暂、浮夸的繁荣景象,但也败坏了民国时期的学术生态、学人风气和学科旨趣,让民国"边疆/民族"研究作茧自缚、病入膏肓,根本不可能找到一条符合中国国情、妥善解决"边疆/民族"问题的学术方案或政治道路,更没有能力、没有机会最终实现之。一批有识之士终于认识到只有打倒国民党的腐朽专制统治,打破学术研究的学科壁垒和门派之见,才能迎来"边疆/民族"研究新境界、新纪元。For a long time,there has been a simple dichotomy between the frontier/ethnic research in the Republic of China,one is the democratic progressive force of the Communist party of China,the other is the reactionary force attached to the Kuomintang reactionaries.This distinction based on the political parties and groups is good for analizing and explaining the difference of the frontier/ethnic policy of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party of China but is unavailable for analizing and explaining all the frontier/ethnic studies in the period of Repubulic of China,es-pecially in area under the Kuomintang's control.In the fact,the frontier/ethnic research was always riven with factional fighting and sectarian polictics.In this circumstances,political school、history school、social science school and geonomy school sprang up all over the country.Although factinal fighting brought empheral and superficial prosperous,it also destroyed academic envior-ment,brought down the tone of research,which making the frontier/ethnic research in Republic of China can not find a way solve the frontier/ethnic problem,not mention the realization.At last,some people of insight realized that if we want to have a new beginning of era and new trends of frontier/ethnic research,we can not nothing but overthrow the Kuomintang’s Adminstration and destroy the discrimination of sectarian.
