摘　　要：邓小平人才理论在改革开放和现代化建设中发挥了重要作用,是邓小平留给我们的宝贵精神财富。党的十八大以来,习近平不仅继承了邓小平人才理论,而且还在新的历史条件下,丰富、升华和发展了邓小平的人才战略论、人才开发论、人才选用论和人才标准论。在当前深化人才发展体制机制改革的关键阶段,深入研究习近平和邓小平人才理论的继承和发展关系,对于丰富马克思主义人才理论,将新时代中国特色社会主义的人才工作推向前进,具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。Deng Xiaoping’s talent thought has played an important role in Reform and Opening-up and modernization construction,It is the precious spiritual wealth left to us by Deng Xiaoping.Since the 18th National Congress,Xi Jinping not only inherited Deng Xiaoping’s talent thought,but also enriched,sublimated and developed Deng Xiaoping’s talent strategy theory,talent development theory,talent selection theory and talent standard theory under the new historical conditions.At the critical stage of deepening the reform of talent development system and mechanism,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study deeply the inheritance and development relationship between Xi Jinping and Deng Xiaoping’s talent thought for enriching and developing Marxist talent theory and pushing forward the socialist talent work with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
