摘 要:中国新时代背景下,社会和组织对女性担任领导者的态度越来越开放和包容。女性领导者的崛起打破了传统的“女主内”观念,女性领导力作用的发挥显著提升,用现实证明了女性领导力所具备的符合时代发展的优势,现已成为近几年备受关注的热门话题之一。本文在文献分析的基础上,以更加全面综合的视角,概括了“女性领导力”的概念、探讨了女性领导力的研究意义和测量方法、梳理了前因变量和效能结果等方面的女性领导力相关实证研究,并总结了其影响因素和提升策略,最后对女性领导力未来研究方向进行了展望并给出了相应建议,以期为后续研究提供意见和参考。In the context of China’s new era,society and organizations have become more open and tolerant toward women as leaders.The rise of female leaders has broken the traditional concept of“women are mainly responsible for housework”.The role of female leadership has been significantly improved,which has proved the advantages of female leadership in line with the development of the times.It has become one of the hot topics in recent years.Based on the literature review,this paper summarizes the concept of“female leadership”from a more comprehensive perspective,discusses the research signifcance and measurement methods of female leadership,and sorts out empirical studies on female leadership including antecedent variables and efficacy outcomes.Also,this paper summarizes the influencing factors and promotion strategies of women’s leadership.Finally,we look forward to the future research direction of women's leadership and give corresponding suggestions,to provide opinions and references for follow-up research.
