摘 要:长久以来,定量研究被认为是社会科学研究的主要范式。随着定性研究方法的不断成熟,越来越多的学者认为社会科学的研究应摒弃"定量VS定性"之争,结合定量研究与定性研究之长来提高研究的质量。因此,混合方法研究作为定量研究与定性研究之外的一类社会科学研究方法逐渐受到学界的重视。本文首先简要回顾了混合方法研究的提出背景和过程,然后系统总结并评述了现有关于混合方法研究的探讨,对其中要点与关键步骤进行了介绍,最后讨论了混合方法研究在管理研究中的应用,并指出未来的研究方向。Quantitative research has long been considered as the primary research paradigm.Along with the development of qualitative research method,scholars gradually researched a common view that social scientific research should combine both quantitative research and qualitative research to conduct high quality research,laying aside the debate between quantitative scholars and qualitative scholars.Therefore,mixed method research as another social scientific research paradigm is getting into the view of management scholars.This paper briefly reviewed the origination of mixed method research,followed by a comprehensive integration and evaluation of current advances on mixed method research.After demonstrating the key steps in conducting mixed method research,the past and future application of this research paradigm was discussed,together with some suggestions for the future research directions.
