摘  要:通过浸没沉淀相转化法和附加磁场制备了一种磁诱导复合碳纳米管-四氧化三铁(CNTs-Fe_(3)O_(4))的聚砜酰胺(PSA)超滤膜,使用该膜处理橄榄油、花生油、葵花籽油、大豆油四种自制含食用油废水。结果表明,四种自制含食用油废水的油滴粒径大小顺序为:橄榄油>花生油>葵花籽油>大豆油,此膜对不同浓度梯度的含橄榄油、花生油、葵花籽油、大豆油废水均可截留90.00%以上,对含花生油、葵花籽油、大豆油、橄榄油废水通量分别为74.47、84.74、54.01、84.74 L(/m^(2)·h),且经四种含油废水污染后的磁诱导复合CNTs-Fe_(3)O_(4)的PSA超滤膜可逆通量恢复率(FRR)分别为73.86%、71.98%、72.21%、74.35%。A magnetically induced PSA composited CNTs-Fe_(3)O_(4)ultrafiltration membrane was prepared by immersion precipitation phase transformation method and additional magnetic field.This membrane was used to treat four kinds of self-made edible oil wastewater including olive oil,peanut oil,sunflower oil and soybean oil.The results showed that the order of particle size of oil droplets in four kinds of self-made wastewater containing edible oil:olive oil>peanut oil>sunflower seed oil>soybean oil.This membrane could intercept more than 90.00%on wastewater containing olive oil,peanut oil,sunflower oil and soybean oil with different concentration gradient.The fluxes of the ultrafiltration membrane on wastewater containing peanut oil,sunflower oil,soybean oil and olive oil were 74.47,84.74,54.01 and 84.74 L/(m^(2)·h),respectively.Moreover,FRR of the ultrafiltration membrane polluted by four kinds of oil-bearing wastewater was 73.86%,71.98%,72.21%and 74.35%,respectively.
