高等教育通向农村的时代内涵、本质特征与中国道路

摘　　要：新时代赋予“高等教育通向农村”促进农村人口普遍接受高等教育,提高农村人口适应生产力发展和市场竞争的能力,打造农村学习型社会的环境和条件,助力更多受过高等教育的人员服务农村,支撑乡村全面振兴的时代内涵。我国高等教育通向农村有着鲜明的政治性、民生性与战略性特征,推进高等教育通向农村应从加强党的领导、对接国家战略、创新运行模式、转变村民观念等方面探索适合本国国情的发展道路。There are contemporary connotations of higher education to rural areas in the new era.It enhances the access to higher education for the rural population,improves the ability of the rural population adapting to the development of productive forces and market competition,creates an environment and conditions for a rural learning society,promotes more highly educated people to serve the rural areas and to support the rural revitalization.It has distinctive political nature,livelihood and strategic characteristics.Therefore,it should strengthen the leadership of the Party,connect with the national strategy,innovate the operation mode,and change the villagers'ideas and so on to explore the development path suitable for the national conditions.
