大学校长办学理念的内涵特征与理性建构

摘　　要：办学理念是大学校长应对内外部环境变化的精神本源,既具有一般的抽象性、实践性和系统性,又具有特殊的互动建构性、价值导向性和未来引领性。办学理念是一个多层多类的理念体系。大学校长要注重提炼办学理念,在阐释中传承优秀的办学理念,在实地调研中听取师生对学校未来发展的期待,在宣传和倡导中让办学理念深入人心。The idea of running a university is the spiritual source of the president's response to the changes of internal and external environment.It is abstract,practical and systematic;it has special interactive construction,value orientation and future guidance.The idea of running a university is a multi-layer and multi-class idea system.The president should pay attention to condensing the idea of running a university,inheriting an excellent idea in the explanation,understanding the expectations of faculty and students for future development in the field investigation,and making the idea deeply rooted in the university by publicity and advocacy.
