摘　　要：构建以数据为基础的高校决策支持模式,是实现高校管理数字化转型、提升高校科学决策水平的重要途径。它包含决策问题、决策目标、决策备选方案、结果、数据、中介因素、影响因素七个要素,最终目标是为科学决策提供多种决策备选方案。在决策支持建模过程中,头脑风暴、数据分析和整合是需要关注的关键技术。To construct the data-based decision-making support mode is an important way to realize the digital transformation of university management and improve the level of scientific decision-making in universities.It contains seven elements:decision-making problem,decision-making objective,decision-making alternative,result,data,mediating factor and influencing factor;and its ultimate goal is to provide a variety of decision-making alternatives for scientific decision-making.In the process of decision-making support mode,such key techniques should be focused,which includes brainstorming,data analysis and integration.
