摘　　要：当今,旅游类本科专业实训基地建设的现状及滞后原因主要表现在:传统意识根深蒂固,课程体系建构难以科学合理;实训教师职责不明,专、兼职实训师资配置难以优化;实习实训流于形式,因材施教质量难以保证;实习实训投入不够,设施设备、教材难以更新等。伴随着“互联网+”现代信息技术的发展,应用型本科旅游类专业实训教学基地的建设也应与旅游行业生产技术革新同步进行。要认真贯彻国家“互联网+”行动计划,加强校企合作,共同打造“互联网+”产教融合实习实训教学基地一体化平台,优化专业实习实训教学体系,推动实习实训教学模式变革,完善实习实训课程体系,丰富实习实训教学结构,从而全面提升人才培养质量。At present,the current situation of the construction of the training bases for tourism undergraduate majors and the reasons for its underdevelopment are as follows:The traditional consciousness is deeply rooted,and the construction of the curriculum system is difficult to be scientific and reasonable.The responsibilities of training teachers are unclear,and it is difficult to optimize the allocation of full-time and part-time training teachers.Practice and training are mere formality,and it is difficult to guarantee the quality of individualized teaching.The investment in practice and training is insufficient,and the facilities,equipment and teaching materials are difficult to update.With the development of"Internet+"modern information technology,the construction of practical training and teaching bases for application-oriented undergraduate tourism majors should also be carried out simultaneously with the innovation of production technology in the tourism industry.That is to say,we should conscientiously implement the national"Internet+"action plan,strengthen school enterprise cooperation,jointly create an integrated platform of"Internet+"integration of production and teaching,practice and training teaching base,optimize the professional practice and training teaching system,promote the reform of practice and training teaching mode,improve the practice and training curriculum system,enrich the practice and training teaching structure,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of talent training.
