欠发达地区新型职业农民的内涵、特点及培育路径探析

摘　　要：欠发达地区新型职业农民是经济社会发展到一定阶段的历史产物。新型职业农民是指乡村振兴进程中,致力于从事农村经济建设、带领农民持续增收致富、服务乡村振兴的新型劳动者。年龄结构偏大、学历层次偏低、来源结构单一和引领示范意识欠缺是新型职业农民的典型特点。通过实施农校对接、政策支持、专项培训和身份认同等措施,促进新型职业农民的培养。New-type professional farmers in less developed areas are historical products in a certain stage of economic and social development.New-type professional farmers refer to new-type laborers who are committed to rural economic construction,leading farmers to continuously increase their incomes,and serving rural revitalization.Elderly age structure,lower level of education,single source structure and the lack of awareness on leading and demonstrating are the typical characteristics of the new type of professional farmers.Through the implementation of agricultural school docking,policy support,special training,identity recognition and other measures,the cultivation of new professional farmers can be promoted.
