摘 要:N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物(NMMO)是一种可溶解纤维素的绿色溶剂,使用NMMO对羊毛进行溶解和再生,观察羊毛在其中的溶解过程,探究最佳溶解工艺。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、热重分析仪、凝胶电泳仪等对羊毛及再生角蛋白结构进行表征。以NMMO作为角蛋白和纤维素的共溶剂,制备了纤维素/角蛋白复合膜并对其形貌和性能进行了研究。结果表明:NMMO可以实现对羊毛的完全溶解,在NMMO含水率为15%、溶解温度为115℃时羊毛最高溶解率可达18%,水溶性再生角蛋白保留了较完整的蛋白结构;但与羊毛相比,水溶性再生角蛋白相对分子质量下降,为25~200kDa。随着角蛋白含量的增加,复合膜力学性能逐渐降低。N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide(NMMO)is a green solvent that can dissolve cellulose.It is used as a solvent to dissolve and regenerate wool.The dissolution process of wool in it was observed,and explored the best dissolution process.The structure of wool and regenerated keratin was characterized by FT-IR,X ray diffraction,thermogravimetric analysis and SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis.The results shown that NMMO can completely dissolve wool.At 115℃,the maximum dissolution rate can reach 18%,and the main chain structure of regenerated keratin prepared by NMMO can be preserved.However,compared with the original wool,the molecular weight of regenerated keratin was reduced to about 25~200 kDa.Finally,the cellulose/NMMO solution and keratin/NMMO solution were prepared by using NMMO as the cosolvent of keratin and cellulose.The keratin/cellulose composite membrane was prepared by mixing them in different proportions,and characterized the properties of the membrane.
