摘　　要：AI技术的迅猛发展正在促建法律职业的新业态,当法律职业人才需求侧接口人才供给侧法学教育,会导致法学教育供给侧发生一场应运而起的革新。为寻求法学教育改革的科学进路,研究首先应突破教育本体封闭,从法律职业“需求侧”参考系的精细标准去考察变革,发现法律职业人需要增补两个能力板块,一方面是不断提高法律人熟练驾驭AI的能力,另一方面是倾斜发展法律人相较AI的优势能力。进而以两个能力板块补给为指引,探索中国法学培育改革的具体进路包括形成改革总体步骤与策略,勾勒人工智能法学二级学科建设现状、学科性质及内涵,并从传统法学学科与人工智能法学二级学科两者在生源、培养方案、师资、教研体系几方面尝试“梯次”共建方案。The rapid development of AI technology is promoting the construction of a new format of legal profession.When the demand side of legal professionals interfaces with the supply side of law education,it leads to the supply-side responsive innovation of law education.In order to seek a scientific approach to the reform of legal education,the study first breaks through the closure of education itself and examines the reform from the fine standards of the“demand side”reference system of the legal profession.It is found that legal professionals need to add two competency plates.On the one hand,they need to continuously improve the ability of legal professionals to master AI skillfully,and on the other hand,they need to obliquely develop their superior ability compared with AI.Then,under the guidance of the supply of two competence plates,this paper explores the specific approach to the reform of law cultivation in China,including the overall steps and strategies of the reform,outlining the current situation,subject nature and connotation of the construction of two disciplines of artificial intelligence law,and trying to build a“step-by-step”co-construction plan from the aspects of students,training programs,teachers and teaching and research system of two disciplines,a traditional law discipline of artificial intelligence.
