摘 要:为实现矿用自卸车驱动车桥的桥壳轻量化,通过对桥壳在最大侧向力工况下进行静力学分析,得到危险工况下的受力分布情况和危险部位.引入代理模型技术,克服桥壳受力复杂、结构不规则、导致优化问题中的设计变量与优化目标之间无法建立明确的目标函数的问题,建立设计变量与优化目标的近似数学模型,并将其作为后续优化多目标求解的目标模型.通过优化软件平台Isight集成Matlab,并利用人工蜂群(ABC)算法对桥壳代理模型的迭代求解,得到优化解集,实现桥壳体积减小18.75%,在最大侧向力工况下桥壳所受最大等效应力下降7.23%.In order to realize the light weighting of the axle shell driven by the mining dump truck,through the static analysis of the axle housing under the maximum lateral force condition,the force distribution and the dangerous parts under the dangerous condition are obtained.Aiming at the problem of complex forces and irregular structures of the axle housing,which lead to the inability to establish a clear objective function between the design variables in the optimization problem and the optimization goal,the proxy model technology is introduced to establish an approximate mathematical model of the design variables and the optimization goal,and it is used as the target model for the subsequent optimization multi-objective solution.Through the optimization software platform Isight integrated with Matlab and use of artificial bee colony(ABC)algorithm to iteratively solve the axle housing proxy model,the optimized solution set is obtained,and the axle housing volume is reduced by 18.75%while achieving maximum lateral force engineering.Under this condition,the maximum equivalent stress on the axle housing is reduced by 7.23%.
