高校基建管理中存在的问题与对策研究

摘　　要：现阶段,基建项目虽然是高校工作的重点,但在基础建设项目的管理方面仍然存在许多不足,亟待解决。由于原有的高校资源不能满足和适应新形势下的高校发展,从高校长远发展来看,各个高校都在开辟新校区,以适应高等教育新形势的发展需求。如何搞好基建管理工作,如何解决工程管理中出现的各种问题,值得高校建设工程团队认真思考。鉴于此,本文详细论述了高校基建管理现存的问题并提出了切实可行的改善对策,旨在为同行提供有价值的参考和借鉴,从而更好地助力行业的稳定与健康发展。At present,although infrastructure projects are the focus of the work of colleges and universities,there are still many deficiencies in the management of infrastructure projects to be solved.Since the original resources of colleges and universities cannot meet and adapt to the development of colleges and universities under the new situation,from the perspective of the long-term development of colleges and universities,all colleges and universities are opening up new campuses to meet the development needs of new forms of higher education.How to deal with infrastructure management better and solve various problems in engineering management are worthy of serious consideration in construction projects of colleges and universities.In view of this,the problems in the infrastructure management of colleges and universities are discussed in detail,and feasible improvement countermeasures are put forward,so as to provide valuable reference for peers and help the stable and healthy development of the industry.
