国外政党对价值观教育的作用路径与趋势特点分析

摘　　要：近年来国外政党对价值观教育愈加重视,纷纷推动价值观教育改革,强化和提升本国的价值观教育成效。通过分析国外价值观教育中的政党作用路径、趋势和特点,剖析价值观教育中的政党影响力,可得出如下结论:(1)国外价值观教育中的政党作用路径多样化,既包括推动价值观教育立法、将教育政见转化为价值观教育政策、推动价值观教育改革等传统的显性路径,也包括将政党价值观和意识形态渗透在学校各项教育教学活动中、通过政党领导人直接对价值观教育产生影响等隐性路径,以及随着新技术的发展而采取的新兴路径。(2)这些多样化路径都服务于共同目标,而且政党推动价值观教育呈现政治化的趋势,重视价值观理念改革多于经费投入,且尤为注重对价值观教育的绩效评估。In recent years,foreign political parties have paid more attention to values education,and have promoted values education reforms to strengthen and enhance the effectiveness of values educations.This research focuses on the paths,trends and characteristics of the role of political parties in foreign values education,and analyzes the influence of political parties in values education.We found that the role of political parties in foreign values education is diversified,including promoting values education legislation,transforming educational political beliefs into values education policies,promoting values education reform and other traditional explicit paths.It also includes the implicit path of infiltrating the party’s values and ideology into various educational and teaching activities in schools,and the direct influence of the party leaders on the values education.There are also emerging paths such as new technologies are used.Based on those paths analysis,we found foreign parties influence values education present some new characteristics and trends:diverse paths are in the service of the common goals,foreign political parities promoted values education to the politicization tendency,they attached great importance to the values idea reform more than fund invest,more emphasis on performance evaluation of values education.Finally,the suggestions and reference for value education in our country are put forward.
