摘　　要：本文以教师公派出国访学制度为例,力图勾勒出民国时期高校教师公派出国访学的制度化过程及其特征,进而对其进行简要的评价,以期为高校“双一流”建设以及建设教育强国、实现教育现代化提供有益的借鉴。Analyzing the system of dispatching faculties to study overseas in a chronological way,this paper tries to outline the process and characteristics of the system in the period of 1910-1949 and briefly evaluates it,therefore,a useful reference can be provided to the policy makers for the construction of“double first-class”universities,the construction of a powerful educational country and the realization of educational modernization.
