高校教职工健康信息填报系统建设的几点思考

摘　　要：各高校按照上级部门要求及时收集汇总师生的健康状况和出行信息,本文介绍了我校教职工健康信息填报系统的建设内容,包括教职工个人信息填报、离长信息报备、返长信息登记、境外亲属返长登记、中层单位审核填报信息等功能,并从数据源、系统功能和信息安全三个方面进行总结思考,系统上线后对于学校实时掌握教职工健康情况、位置信息和出行动态起到了信息支撑作用,较好的实现了教职工人员全覆盖、信息精准、跟踪及时的目标。Various universities in accordance with the requirements for superior departments in a timely manner to collect summary the health status of the teachers and students and travel information,this paper introduces the construction of the teachers in our school health information provided system content,including the staff personal information provided,from information reported to the long,long return information registration,overseas relatives return long,middle unit of the provided information,and other functions,and from a data source,system function,and summarizes three aspects of thinking,information security system for real time control of the faculty of health school after online travel,location information and dynamic have played an important role information support,The goal of full coverage of teaching staff,accurate information and timely tracking has been achieved.
