摘  要:大学生创新创业教育是深化高等教育教学改革、培养学生创新精神和实践能力的重要途径,受到了高校和社会的高度重视。学科竞赛是高校培养创新人才的重要途径,该文依托柯氏评估模型,采用定性与定量相结合的分析方法,研究了基于学科竞赛的创新人才培养模式的机理和效果。研究表明:该人才培养模式能提高学生创新能力、团队协作能力,提升指导教师竞赛参与度和竞赛培训效果,对高校开展竞赛育人具有一定的借鉴作用。Innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students is an important way to deepen the teaching reform of higher education and cultivate students'innovative spirit and practical ability,which has been highly valued by universities and society.Discipline competition is an important way for colleges and universities to cultivate innovative talents.Relying on the Koch Evaluation Model and adopting a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,this paper analyzes and studies the mechanism and effect of the innovative talent training mode based on discipline competition.The research shows that this talent training mode can improve students'innovation ability,team cooperation ability,instructor's participation in competition and competition training effect.The results of the study can be used for reference for colleges and universities to develop competitive education.
