摘　　要：该文以沈阳城市建设学院建筑与规划学院建筑类专业群建设为例,论述了专业群建设的必要性、专业群的特征。在此基础上,以建筑类专业群建设为切入点,立足辽宁地方经济,研究该校建筑类专业群建设的策略,从多方面探索了符合应用型民办本科高校的人才培养模式,以期为其他的本科专业群建设提供参考。This paper takes the construction of architectural specialty group in the School of Architecture and Planning of Shenyang Urban Construction University as a case,and discusses the necessity and characteristics of specialty group construction.On this basis,takes the construction of construction specialty group as the starting point,based on the local economy of Liaoning Province,studies strategies of the construction of construction specialty group in this university,and explores the talent training mode suitable for application-oriented private undergraduate universities from multiple aspects,with a view to providing reference for the construction of other undergraduate specialty groups.
