摘　　要：随着新时代科技的进步和社会的快速发展,各行业对人才提出了更高的要求,高校培养具有跨学科基础的高素质人才是满足社会发展需求的必然要求。该文通过分析高校构建跨学科人才培养机制的重要性,针对跨学科人才培养机制发展现状和存在的不足,研究和探索高校跨学科人才培养机制的构建,为高校培养跨学科高层次人才提供思路和参考。With the progress of technology in the new era and the rapid development of society,society has put forward higher requirements for talents.Cultivating high-quality talents with interdisciplinary foundations in universities is an inevitable requirement to meet the needs of social development.The paper analyzes the importance of building an interdisciplinary talent training mechanism in colleges and universities,and studies and explores the construction of the interdisciplinary talent training mechanism in colleges and universities in view of the current situation and existing shortcomings of the interdisciplinary talent training mechanism,so as to provide ideas and reference for colleges and universities to cultivate interdisciplinary high-level talents.
