摘　　要：应用型高校建设现代产业学院,探索应用型人才培养新模式,是国家发展的战略要求。该文通过研究与构建校企“内外联动”人才培养模式,促进专业转型发展,探索现代产业学院办学理念、思想和路径。高质量建设专业集群,高规格构建企业集群,高效率创建现代产业学院人才培养模式,联结校内与校外人才培养环节,提升应用型高校人才培养质量与社会服务能力。It is the strategic requirement of national development for application-oriented universities to construct modern industrial college and explore the new mode of training applied talents.Through research and construction of school-enterprise"Internal and external coordination"talent training mode,so as to promote the transformation and development of major and explore the educational philosophy,thought and path of modern industrial college.Construct major cluster with high quantity,construct enterprise cluster with high specification,construct the talent training mode of modern industrial college with high efficiency,combine universities and off-campus enterprises talent training mode to improve the quality of talent training and social service ability of application-oriented universities.
