校企协同创新创业实践育人模式探究

摘　　要：随着高等院校招生规模扩大,大学生求职难已经成为热门话题,就业市场上出现了“学生就业难、企业招聘难”的供需失衡现象,解决学生就业难问题需要校企双方协同努力。在科技发展的背景下,企业对人才的需求不断提高,构建校企协同的创新创业实践育人模式,探索校企育人新模式,可为企业招聘提供智力支持和人才支撑,建立健全学生成长发展教育体系,培养专业型、创新型人才。In recent years,due to the expansion of the national college enrollment scale and the change of market economic environment,the employment market of college graduates has appeared the phenomenon of imbalance between supply and demand,the employment environment has also undergone great changes,the difficult employment of college students has become a practical problem to be solved urgently.In the context of today’s technological development,the enterprises need high-quality talents whom with extensive theoretical knowledge and practical skills,possess innovative and entrepreneurial ability to meet the needs of enterprise development.Establish a collaborative innovation and entrepreneurship practice education model between schools and enterprises can promote the innovation-driven development strategy,provide intellectual support and talent support,build and improve the education system for students’growth and development,as well as cultivate professional and innovative talents.
