摘　　要：地方医学高校科技创新是我国高等教育创新体系的重要组成部分。在“新医科”背景下,数字经济、人工智能等新技术、新业态已成为经济社会发展的强大技术支撑。地方医学高校承载医学人才培养的重要职责,亟须在新一轮科技革命中主动融入“健康中国”战略,拓宽创新思维、推进建设内涵,以强化问题导向、行业导向、结果导向、实践导向和协同导向为发展目标,进一步提升大学生创新团队的创新思维和科技创新能力,构建具有科学技术革新胜任能力的复合型医学人才培养体系,为“健康中国”战略提供强有力的人力资源保证。Scientific and technological innovation in local medical colleges and universities is an important part of the innovation system in China.Under the background of"new medicine",the digital economy,artificial intelligence and other new technologies,new forms has become a powerful technical support to achieve economic and social development,the important responsibility of the medical colleges and universities to local medical personnel training,needs to be active in the new round of technological revolution into the construction of"healthy China"strategy,broaden the innovation thought,promote the construction of connotation,strengthen the problem oriented,industry oriented,result oriented,practical guidance and coordination guidance for the development goals,improve college students’innovative thinking and innovative ability of science and technology innovation team,build up a science and technology innovation competence of medical talents cultivation system,for the"healthy China"strategy to provide strong human resources guarantee.
