摘 要:OBE是工程教育专业认证的核心理念,强调以学生的学习成果为导向,要求反向设计教学活动和评价标准。顶岗实习是学生在完成基本教学后,到专业对口企业参与生产过程的一种实践教学形式。传统质量评价模式缺乏多元化的评价指标和过程性考核,很难客观反映学生的顶岗实习效果。该文以OBE理念为核心,探索构建多元化评价主体与评价指标的顶岗实习质量评价体系,达到对顶岗实习效果进行客观真实评价的目的,有助于顶岗实习各阶段的优化完善,为高校开展顶岗实习质量评价提供可借鉴的思路和方法。OBE is the core concept of engineering education professional certification,which emphasizes the guidance of students’learning results and requires reverse design of teaching activities and evaluation standards.Post practice is a practical teaching form for students to participate in the production process in professional counterpart enterprises after completing basic teaching.The traditional quality evaluation model lacks diversified evaluation indicators and process assessment,which is difficult to objectively reflect the effect of students’post practice.Taking the OBE concept as the core,this paper explores the construction of a post practice quality evaluation system with diversified evaluation subjects and evaluation indicators,so as to achieve the purpose of objectively and truly evaluating the effect of post practice,contribute to the optimization and improvement of each stage of post practice,and provide reference ideas and methods for the quality evaluation of post practice in colleges and universities.
