长三角一体化背景下区域性大学生创新创业人才培养的实践与思考

摘　　要：在创新驱动发展战略背景下,该文分析了长三角一体化发展的区域性创新资源要素,提出了区域性大学生创新创业人才培养的路径,阐述了区域内高校创新创业人才培养体系,介绍了长三角工程教育联盟高校协同开展的暑期游学项目实践,最后从课程共享共建、实践基地的选择和学生的组织与管理三个方面对区域性大学创新创业人才培养提出建议。Under the background of the innovation driven development strategy,this paper analyzes the regional innovation resource elements of the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta,puts forward the path of regional college students’innovation and entrepreneurship talent training,expounds the innovation and entrepreneurship talent training system of colleges and universities in the region,and introduces the practice of the summer study tour project jointly carried out by the colleges and universities of the Yangtze River Delta Engineering Education Alliance.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions on the cultivation of regional college students’innovative and entrepreneurial talents from three aspects:curriculum sharing and co construction,the selection of practice base and students’organization and management.
