摘　　要：地方医学院校就业创业教育目前存在重视程度不够、实践平台缺乏、师资队伍薄弱等问题。广西医科大学立足地方医学院校医药类专业特点,探索构建了衔接学生特点、衔接市场需求、衔接专业特色的“三位一体衔接式”就业创业教育体系。从内容上将就业创业教育分为“理论课程、实训模拟、第二课堂”三个模块,由理论到实践,循序渐进,融为一体,取得良好成效。Currently,there are some issues existing in employment and entrepreneurship education of local medical colleges,such as insufficient attention,lack of practice platform,weak faculty,and so on.Based on characteristics of medical specialty in local medical colleges,Guangxi Medical University explored and established a“trinity connection”employment and entrepreneurship education system connecting students’characteristics,market requirements and specialty characteristics.From the content,the employment and entrepreneurship education is divided into three modules of“theoretical courses,practical training simulation,and second classroom”,from theory to practice,step by step,inosculated as a whole,with good effects.
