摘　　要：电工实习是工科类专业实践技能训练的一门重要课程,把工程教育理念和工程应用体现在实习教学中极其重要。通过分析电工实习教学的现状,从教学内容、教学组织形式、教学设计等方面提出教学改革的方向。在工程实践教学中,以实际工程项目为主线、以解决实际问题为出发点、以培养综合技能为目标,把工程化教育理念应用到电工实习教学中。The electrician practice is an important course of practical skills training for engineering majors.It is very important to embody engineering education concept and engineering application in practice teaching.After analyzing the actuality of electrician practice,the direction of teaching reform is put forward from the aspects of teaching content,teaching organization,teaching design.In practice teaching,practical engineering projects are taken as the main line,solving practical problems are taken as the starting point and training comprehensive skills are taken as the goal.In this way,the concept of engineering education is applied to the teaching of electrician practice.
