石油特色国家级一流本科专业建设的实践与思考——以东北石油大学应用化学专业为例

摘　　要：面对国家石油工业纵深发展对应用化学类人才的迫切需求,为切实提高人才培养质量,国家级一流本科专业建设点——东北石油大学应用化学专业,以持续推进内涵发展和特色发展为导向,构建并实施了具有石油特色的CO;型(Oil Refinery←Chemistry→Oil Recovery)应用化学专业人才培养体系,为石油开采和石油精深加工领域培养高水平人才提供保障。该文从思政育人设计、培养方案优化、师资队伍建设、教学资源建设等六个方面,介绍了东北石油大学应用化学专业近年来的主要探索和实践,为面向行业服务的地方高校相关专业建设提供一些借鉴。In the face of demand on the applied chemical talents,in order to improve the quality of personnel cultivation,the applied chemistry major of the university of northeast petroleum university,a national first-class undergraduate specialty construction site,build and implemented the CO2 type(Oil Recovery←Chemistry→Oil Refinery)in the application of chemical professional talents training system,which was designed with promoting the university’s connotation and characteristics of development,and provide the guarantee for the high level talents of oil mining and oil intensive processing.This paper mainly introduced the construction exploration and practice of the applied chemistry major of the university of northeast petroleum university in recent years,from six aspects:the design of ideological and political education,the optimization of training scheme,the construction of teaching staff and the construction of teaching resources and provides some reference for the relevant professional construction of local colleges and universities that serve some a particular industry.
