摘  要:饲料工程为2021年新增的本科专业,是在新工科建设背景下,在动物科学专业基础上的交叉融合型专业,更偏向工程能力的培养。河南工业大学作为第一批招收饲料工程专业本科生的两家高校之一,应进一步优化饲料工程专业人才培养方案与课程体系建设,以学生发展为中心,加强学生实践、创新能力培养,为培育出高素质、强能力的饲料工程专业人才贡献力量。《动物营养学》是动物科学和饲料工程专业都开设的必修课主干课程,但两者的培养目标有一定的区别,为了使《动物营养学》课程更好地适应饲料工程专业人才培养的要求,提出了饲料工程专业下的《动物营养学》课程建设与优化。Feed engineering is a new undergraduate specialty added in 2021,it is a cross-integrated specialty based on animal science under the background of new engineering construction,and more inclined to the cultivation of engineering ability.Henan University of Technology,one of the first two universities to recruit undergraduates majoring in feed engineering,should further optimize the training program and curriculum system of feed engineering,focusing on student development,should strengthen the cultivation of students’practice and innovation ability,and contribute to the cultivation of high-quality and high-ability feed engineering talents.Animal Nutrition is the main course of required courses for both animal science and feed engineering majors,but there are some differences in the training objectives between the two majors.In order to make the course of animal nutrition better adapt to the training requirements for feed engineering majors,the course construction and optimization of animal nutrition in feed engineering specialty are put forward.
