摘　　要：专业型研究生“双轨合一”培养模式是我国培养优秀医学人才的一次重大创新,旨在培养具有较强临床实践能力的医学人才。新的培养模式虽然提高了医学研究生临床实践能力,但科研培养时间的减少也导致其科研能力下降。可通过提高研究生的科研意识、加强导师对研究生的管理、完善院校对研究生的培养方案,提高其科研能力。The“two tracks in one”training mode for professional postgraduates is a major innovation in cultivating outstanding clinical medical talents in China.It aims to cultivate clinical medicine talents with strong clinical practice ability.Although the new training mode has improved the clinical practice ability of medical postgraduates,the reduction of scientific research training time is reflected in the decline of their scientific research ability.To cope with this problem,we can improve the scientific research awareness of postgraduates,strengthen tutors’management of their students,and optimize the cultivation scheme of professional postgraduates.
