基于企业需求的大学生就业创业能力培养策略探析

摘　　要：从当前就业现状来看,一方面是部分毕业生找不到适合自己的工作,另一方面是部分企业招聘不到满意的员工,这种供需矛盾的出现,根本原因在于高校对大学生能力的培养没有结合社会与企业的需求,导致大学生就业创业能力欠缺。为解决这一问题,该文探究了企业对大学生能力的需求,并指出了现阶段大学生就业创业能力中存在的问题及原因,最后,基于企业需求,提出了培养大学生就业创业能力需要从加大思政教育、加强教学改革、加深“专创融合”、推进校企合作和推行创客空间等方面入手。From the point of the current employment situation,on the one hand,graduates can’t find the competent job,on the other hand,companies can’t recruit the right people.The fundamental reason that made the contradiction between supply and demand lies in employment and entrepreneurship ability of university students do not link with social needs,so that the university students’employment ability is obviously deficient.To solve this problem,the paper explores the needs of enterprises for the employment and entrepreneurship ability of college students,and points out the problems and reasons existing in the employment and entrepreneurship ability of college students at the present stage.Finally,based on the needs of enterprises,this paper puts forward the strategies for cultivating the employment and entrepreneurship ability of college students,they are political education,teaching reform,integration of profession and entrepreneurial education,cooperation between school and enterprise and makerspace and so on.
