摘  要:中医高等院校针灸推拿人才培养是一个长期的系统工程。该文通过探讨“新医科”建设背景下,中医高等院校针灸推拿专业“双师型”教师队伍建设的必要性和具体建设方法与措施,从培养“双师型”教师多学科交叉综合教学能力、增强“双师型”教师精准化教学能力、提升“双师型”教师智能创新教学能力、增进“双师型”教师转化教学能力等方面展开探讨,以期为针灸推拿专业教师教学水平提升、学生学习效果提升及学科专业发展提供更多新思路、新方法、新路径。The training of acupuncture and massage talents in TCM colleges and universities is a long-term systematic project.This paper discusses the necessity and specific construction methods and measures of"double-qualified"teachers of acupuncture and massage specialty in TCM colleges and universities under the background of"new medical"construction.From the cultivation of"double type"teachers multi-disciplinary overlapping comprehensive teaching ability,strengthen the"double qualified"teachers precise teaching ability,promote the"double qualified"teachers intelligent innovation teaching ability,promote the transformation of"double qualified"teachers teaching ability and the education teaching ability and so on aspects,so as to acupuncture and massage professional teachers’teaching level,the enhancement of students’learning effect and the development of discipline and specialty provide more new ideas,new methods and new paths.
