摘　　要：在高校开展大学生创新创业教育,不仅对加快促进国家经济发展方式转变、建设创新型国家具有重要意义,而且对深化高校教学改革、提高人才培养质量、促进大学生全面发展和就业具有重要作用。然而,高校创新创业教育师资队伍存在专业教师数量不多、实践经验不足、教学模式单一等问题,该文基于高校校友资源整合,研究高校校友在高校创新创业教育师资队伍建设中的作用,并提出创新创业导师团队建设建议,以期为高校大学生创新创业教育导师团队建设提供参考和借鉴。It is of great significance to develop that innovation and entrepreneurship education of university students not only to accelerate the transformation of national economic development mode,to build an innovative country,but also to deepen the teaching reform,improve the quality of personnel training,and promote the overall development and employment of college students.However,the university innovation and entrepreneurship education has a small number of professional teachers,lack of practical experience,and single teaching mode.This article is based on the integration of university alumni resources,this paper explores the significance of university alumni in the construction of the tutor team of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students,and puts forward suggestions for the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship tutor team,providing reference and reference for the construction of education mentor team of university students.
