基于“专创融合”视角的应用型创新人才培养路径研究

摘　　要：应用型创新人才是各行各业在产业化升级、更新和转型过程中不可或缺的新生力量,采用"专创融合"的教育模式,是培养应用型创新人才的良好路径。针对当前高校"专创融合"中人才培养目标与产业发展缺乏紧密联系、专业课程与实践平台缺乏紧密结合体系、缺乏系统的评价与管理机制等问题,探讨基于"专创融合"视角的应用型创新人才培养路径,构建学生在创新训练、创新实践、创业训练到创业实践的闭环。Cultivating application-oriented innovative talents is a necessary new force in the process of industrialization upgrading,renewal and transformation of all walks of life.Adopting the education mode of integration of specialty and innovation is an excellent way to cultivate application-oriented innovative talents.In view of the lack of close connection between talent training objectives and industrial development,the lack of close combination system between professional courses and practice platform,and the lack of systematic mechanism of evaluation and management in the current integration of colleges and universities,this paper discusses the training path of applied innovative talents based on the perspective of integration of colleges and universities,and constructs a closed loop from students’innovation training,innovation practice,entrepreneurship training to entrepreneurship practice.
