高校国防教育类社团对大学生就业能力培养的作用探究

摘　　要：就业是最大的民生,大学生就业亦如此。高校毕业生就业情况如何不仅直接关系到毕业生及其家庭的切身利益,更关系到社会的稳定和国家的长远发展,因而研究解决大学生就业问题,提高其就业能力意义重大。该文通过系统界定高校国防教育类社团的概念和职能,全面剖析国防教育类社团对大学生就业能力培养的作用:促使大学生就业心理成熟,优化大学生就业知识结构体系,促进大学生择业技能提高等。并从深化与专业社团的交流合作,实现就业能力提升;强化征兵入伍宣传教育,转变就业方式;突出社团活动社会化发展,促进个体均衡成长等方面提出以高校国防教育类社团促进大学生就业能力培养的路径,以期为促进大学生就业能力培养提供参考。Employment is the greatest livelihood,so is the employment of college students.The employment situation of college graduates is not only directly related to the immediate interests of graduates and their families,but also to the stability of society and the long-term development of the country.Therefore,it is of great significance to study and solve the employment problems of college graduates and improve their employability.By systematically defining the concepts and functions of national defense education associations in colleges and universities,this paper comprehensively analyzes that national defense education associations have the value of promoting college students’employment psychology to mature,optimizing their employment knowledge structure system,and promoting the improvement of college students’employment skills.And from the aspects of deepening the exchange and cooperation with professional associations to improve the employability;strengthening the propaganda and education of conscription and changing the employment mode;highlighting the social development of community activities and promoting the balanced growth of individuals,this paper puts forward the path to promote the cultivation of College Students’employment ability with national defense education associations in order to provide reference for promoting the cultivation of College Students’employment ability.
