摘　　要：结合应用型本科教育"指向区域经济社会,以教学理论为依,以专业实践教育为基,以人才价值需求为标"的特点,该文在对基于独立学院应用型本科人才培养视角下的"学·赛·习·创"四核驱动育人模式相关内涵进行分析的基础上,从"学·赛·习·创"的角度,剖析了独立学院应用型人才培养模式的现状以及在育人模式制度设计、具体实施、评价机制和育人观念等方面存在的问题,进而提出构建"学·赛·习·创"四核驱动模式助力独立学院应用型人才培养的建议。Combined with applied undergraduate education"to the regional economy and society,based on teaching theory,professional practice education as the basis,with the demand for talent value as the standard"characteristics,this paper analyzes the connotation of"Study·Competiton·Practice·Entrepreneurship"four-core driven education model based on the perspective of the talent cultivation of applied undergraduate in independent colleges.This paper analyzes the current situation of the applied talent cultivational model of independent colleges and the problems in the design of system,concrete implementation,evaluation mechanism and the concept of educating people.Then put forward the proposal of constructing the"Study·Competiton·Practice·Entrepreneurship"four-core driven model to assist the development of applied undergraduate talent cultivation in independent colleges.
