摘  要:文章以创新创业型竞赛视角为主要切入点,对高校大学生创新创业培养现状进行梳理,发现在团队实战能力、教师队伍构建、高校激励及成果转化等方面存在着诸多瓶颈性问题,并基于此提出以下建议:高校作为人才培养高地,应完善创新激励机制,深化创新创业人才培养体系,增强师资队伍;行业应重视传承与延续,增强在校学生及校友创业者之间交流与沟通;同时,政府应厚植大学生创新创业型人才培育土壤,为大学生创新创业理论成果转化创造良好条件。This paper takes the perspective of innovative and Entrepreneurial Competition as the main breakthrough point,this paper sorts out the current situation of the cultivation of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship,and finds that there are many bottleneck problems in the aspects of team actual combat ability,the construction of teachers’team,the motivation of colleges and universities and the transformation of achievements,based on this,the following suggestions are put forward:As the highland of talent cultivation,universities should perfect the innovation incentive mechanism,deepen the training system of innovative and pioneering talents,and strengthen the teaching staff;At the same time,the government should cultivate the soil for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents of university students,and create good conditions for the transformation of the theoretical achievements of innovation and Entrepreneurship of university students.
