产学研协同创新组织的网络嵌入、治理机制与创新绩效

摘　　要：基于网络治理理论,以“2011协同创新中心”为研究对象,探讨网络嵌入、治理机制与创新绩效之间的关系。结果表明:结构嵌入和知识嵌入对正式治理机制和非正式治理机制均具有正向影响;关系嵌入对正式治理机制具有正向影响,而对非正式治理机制具有负向影响;正式治理机制和非正式治理机制对创新绩效均具有正向影响。在此基础上,提出四条政策建议,即实现多元创新主体共同参与治理、搭建线上线下相结合的知识共享平台、形成松紧适宜的关系网络、完善组织网络治理机制。Based on the theory of network governance,the 2011 Collaborative Innovation Center is used as the research object to explore the relationship between network embedding,governance mechanism and innovation performance.The results show as follows:structural embeddedness and knowledge embeddedness have positive effects on formal and informal governance mechanisms;relational embeddedness has a positive effect on formal governance mechanism and have a negative effect on informal governance mechanism;formal and informal governance mechanisms have positive effects on innovation performance.On this basis,four policy recommendations are proposed,namely to realize the joint participation of multiple innovation subjects in governance,to build a knowledge sharing platform combining online and offline,to form a loose-tight relationship network,and to improve the governance mechanism of organizational network.
